Terms & conditions of entry

Tickets are sold by Noteworthy Music, The Gladstone Arms and a number of authorised outlets on behalf of (the promoter) Ben Slater & Laurence Jackson subject to license approval, the Terms & Conditions below & the rules & regulations of the NAMMFEST live music event (NAMFEST), as detailed on the ticket or displayed at the Olympiad (the venue)

These terms & conditions contain important information, please read them carefully. The use of a ticket & entry into the venue shell constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms & conditions & imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these terms & conditions, the promoter reserves the right to cancel tickets, to refuse admission, to eject the holder or to confiscate offending articles, as the case may be, & in any case, to retain any monies paid for the relevant ticket.

The NAMFEST office may change rules to assure smooth running of operation. The website www.namfest.co.uk holds the very latest information on NAMFEST. The website supersedes any published posters & press publications or broadcasts. Please visit regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes or updates.

Tickets cannot be transferred, re-sold, refunded or reissued. If a ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter or one of it authorized sub-agents, it will become voidable & the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the site. Tickets are sold subject to the promoter’s right to alter or vary the performances &/or NAMFEST without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets
Tickets are not refundable for such operational rule change regardless of the ways such changes are notified. Thank you for understanding.

Tickets will be exchanged with wrist bands (or another form of entry acknowledgment but will be referred to as ‘wrist band’ hereafter) at the NAMFEST venue site. After exchanging from a ticket, a wrist band will be a proof of your ticket purchase. Please look after it with care during the event period. Lost wrist bands will not be re-issued for any reason. Guests without a wrist band will be asked to leave the site, so please be extra careful not to loose it. Please keep the wrist band on your wrist until you leave NAMFEST.

The promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to NAMFEST. Security personnel may conduct security searches of persons entering the site to ensure the safety of the persons on site. Any person who fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting for the promoter may be ejected from the site.

Any dangerous behavior that may harm other people, such as moshing and diving, is prohibited. NAMFEST will not be responsible for injuries and accidents with a third party. Such incidents need to be solved between the people involved.

If anybody is found to have entered NAMFEST illegally, it will be reported to the police and the violating person will be put under their care. The person will also be subject to pay compensation for any damage.

Admission to the site is at the ticket holders own rick. The promoter & venue will NOT be held responsible for loss or damage to property or persons whilst attending NAMFEST.

Please refrain from any behavior that can cause annoyance to local people.

NAMFEST will not be cancelled due to rain or inclement weather unless it’s the end of the world or something! Tickets cannot be refunded due to artist cancellation.

Glass bottles, cans, fireworks, explosives and any illegal substances are not allowed to be brought into the NAMFEST site. Any found will be confiscated. Drugs found will be turned over to the police & will lead to prosecution.
Pets or animals are not allowed into NAMFEST.

The production, the site and the artists will not be responsible for accidents and thefts in and out of the NAMFEST site.

You may bring a camera and/or video camera into the site but it is strictly prohibited to record the artists. No sound recording equipments are allowed in the site. Ticket holders consent to their inclusion in official photographic, visual & audio recordings of NAMFEST as members of the audience.

Official merchandise, food, drink & general provisions will be available from authorised identified vendors within the venue. No trading shell be undertaken without the prior written consent of the promoter &/or venue. Any offenders will have their property confiscated & will be ejected from the site. If you are lucky enough to look under 21 you must bring a form of ID to buy alcohol from the bar. Photo driving license, Passport etc will be accepted.

Information supplied at the time of application will belong to the Festival production.

Smoking is banned inside the venue.

In the event of cancellation of NAMFEST refunds will be available from point of sale for the face value only.

WARNING: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO HEARING. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT STROBE LIGHTING AND SMOKE MACHEINES MAY BE USED DURING NAMFEST.
