We have now confirmed and are ready to announce our long awaited headlining act…

Topping this year’s bill will be the almighty Toploader.
Namfest will be the first of this summers fests to host the comeback of one of Britons biggest Brit-Rock bands.

With such hits as ‘Achilles Heel’ and ‘Dancing In The Moon Light’ to there name, they
are sure to be an awesome sound on the night and a real treat for everyone coming along.
After reforming at a stag party…the boys are bringing out new material later this year so this is the just the start of a welcome comeback.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Roland sponsored ’Battle Of The Bands’ competition we had hoped to run on the build up to Namfest 2010 will not be going ahead.

We have been approached by many local bands who wanted to play Namfest this year but none have pestered quite as hard as these guys…
Because of a massively proactive online campaign by local School Rock Band, ‘Just Get Naked’ who, in just over 2 days managed to gain the support of over 2000 fans, we the Namfest Massive, have decided to give them the prestigious opening slot.

This year for Namfest, the team has decided to support 2 causes.
